Bruce Roselle, PhD

For 20 plus years, Bruce has been helping variety of organizations in the areas of leadership and team training, executive coaching, strategic visioning, creative problem solving, and psychological assessment.

Bruce’s articles have appeared in Counseling and Human Development, Executive Excellence, and Career Development Quarterly. He has been quoted in a variety of mainstream media for his views regarding leadership and workplace issues.

Ben Roselle, BA
Ben Roselle is a PhD student at Illinois Institute of Technology in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program.

His professional experience is in assessments. He has served as test administrator for the U.S. Transportation Security Administration for the federalization of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport project.

Jim Warner, EdD
Jim Warner, EdD has been involved in business management and professional development for more than 25 years. He has helped start-up two businesses, served on the staff of a world-wide non-profit organization, and worked as a Senior Consultant for Personnel Decisions, International. Currently, he provides executive oversight, strategic planning, personnel and professional staff development for Hosanna! Church.

Jim has consulted with organizations in the areas of staff development, performance management, and training.

He has designed and developed leadership and management development, public speaking, and professional development sessions.
