Wholehearted Leadership™ Workshop Series

Wholehearted Leadership training modules include twelve two-hour training segments that track directly to the FULLVIEW Feedback Inventory™. Each segment features a brief lecture of 20-30 minutes, discussion questions for large and small groups, and one or more tools to learn, practice and apply.

The objective of each segment is to provide perspective on a component of leadership, to give participants an opportunity to discuss themselves or their organization in terms of that component, and to introduce them to a tool to use in becoming more effective at that leadership characteristic. The modules can be trained individually, or in any possible combination of the twelve.
