Wholehearted Leadership™, Roselle Leadership Strategies’ core philosophy, undergirds a unique six-module, three-day series for managers and senior managers.

This powerful, customizable training has been used successfully by a variety of business and non-profit organizations since 1996.

Here is a brief overview of each half-day module:

I. Defining Wholehearted Leadership™
Through action learning, lecturette, self-assessment, and discussion, this session defines Wholehearted Leadership™. It emphasizes attributes of great leaders including attitude, character, purpose, and vision/direction.

II. Discovering the Leader in You
Using the Myers-Briggs to assess personality and the FullViewEQ 360-degree feedback report, participants discover how style and emotional intelligence impact their leadership approach.

III. Leading Day-to-Day
This session employs a production simulation, lecturettes on the proprietary FEED and FORGE communication models, and includes role-plays on these skill areas.

IV. Leading Through Change
Beginning with a four-stage model on how external changes require internal transitions, participants learn these proprietary models:

• Four-D creative problem solving
• FINESSE conflict resolution approach
• SAGE PIE collaborative problem solving technique

V. Coaching Others to Lead
Using our proprietary COACH model, participants learn (through action learning, lecturette, discussion, and role-play) what coaching is and how to implement and follow through on a coaching relationship.

VI. Overcoming Internal Obstacles
Two internal obstacles get in the way of Wholehearted Leadership™:

• Avoiding or mishandling difficult interactions with others
• Being overwhelmed by self-defeating fears and faulty beliefs

Through a combination of lecturette, discussion, and role-play, participants learn more about these powerful obstacles. Participants identify several individual development goals.
