Targeted and Executive Coaching

Roselle Leadership Strategies provides three levels of one-on-one coaching to address long-term developmental needs.

 

Targeted Coaching

Designed to last for 6-12 months.

Addresses specific development needs.

Bi-weekly, in-person coaching sessions initially

Meetings with the person’s manager and feedback to the organization.

Fast-Track Coaching

A variation of Targeted Coaching, our Fast-Track option:

Lasts 3-6 months.

Focuses on one or two areas of development.

Is designed to provide on-boarding support for new hires or recently promoted individuals.

Is also designed for high potential leaders looking for a quick boost to the next level.

Executive Coaching

Designed for senior executives to work on specific issues or general development.

Features a long-term sounding board

Coaching meetings are scheduled “on-demand” and last as long as necessary.

Psychologist interview

Personality testing

360 degree feedback instrument (FULLVIEW™)

In-depth feedback session.

Determination of coaching objectives.
