Bruce Roselle Receives Prestigious "Jules Kerlan Award" from MN Career Development Association

MCDA Awards: Honoring Our Best

This year’s Minnesota Careers Conference celebrated the outstanding accomplishments and character of four career development professionals.

Bruce Roselle was honored with the Jules Kerlan Outstanding Achievement Award. This award is Minnesota Career Development Association’s highest honor, recognizing a life of achievement in career development. Bruce currently directs his business group, Roselle Leadership Strategies, and has been active in the career development field for over 20 years. He is a licensed psychologist specializing in leadership development and organizational assessment.

Bruce takes a holistic approach to his work, integrating occupational, interpersonal, and spiritual aspects of the lives of his clients. Bruce has received much praise for his new book, Vital Truths, the secret to living and leading wholeheartedly. He has served as President of MCDA and helped the organization in many ways. Said in his nomination, “Bruce is the type of leader in our field whose legacy honors the memory of Jules Kerlan.”
