Bruce E. Roselle, PhD will speak on “The Three R’s of Leadership,” a new presentation topic based on a recent construct validation study of more than 300 managers. Using data from the FULLVIEW Feedback Inventory™, a 360-degree instrument, this study determined that effective leadership rests on the foundation of building relationships, accomplishing results, and exhibiting resourcefulness. This session briefly outlines the results of this study, and then provides a management tool to use in each of the Three R’s—relationships, results, and resourcefulness.
